The feeling of stress is a combination of our perception of events or situations and our body’s physiological reaction.  During this free, three-part series we will learn how aspects of mindfulness and self care can help us manage and navigate these feelings.  We will have an open discussion on health, wellness and exercise, along with how to manage stress with yoga and the breath.
