The workshop will not conflict with existing treatment and is, in fact, designed to enhance it.
You will learn techniques to deal with frustration, isolation and poor sleep; exercises to improve strength, flexibility and endurance; appropriate medication use; how to evaluate new treatment; and how to pace yourself.
