Adult yoga class.
Looking for a class complete with all the important components of fitness?

This 60-minute class, great for any age, combines warm-up, body strength, strength training, balance, core work and a complete stretch.

For the Zoom class, common household objects can be used as fitness equipment, such as canned vegetables for weights, and pantyhose or T-shirts for resistance bands.

You will learn how to strengthen
your body safely and effectively.
