Adult fitness class.
This 45-minute class combines all essentials of a complete fitness program: cardio fitness, strength, balance and flexibility all set to upbeat and motivating music.

We’ll use the body bar, dumbbells and yoga mats. (We provide weights, you bring your own mat.)
