Senior yoga class.

Get your day started with this vigorous and challenging 45 minute Body Bar class. The class starts with a fun upbeat warm-up, then moves on to standing upper and lower body strengthening exercises. The class then moves onto mat exercise to improve core strength.
Participants will need to bring a mat and should be able to get down onto the floor. Body Bars will be provided. Be sure to bring water.

  • This class includes cardio movement in between stretching and muscle toning with hand-held weights, small ball and tubing.
  • If you are interested in attending this class after the session has begun, you may still participate on a walk-in basis, and pay the drop-in fee as you go!
