Balanced Bodies Exercise Register View Cart

Senior fitness class.
This 60-minute class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination and strength. The class teaches and reinforces basic skills to help maintain and improve balance and help prevent falls, with a workout
combining both standing and seated exercises.

Equipment is provided.
