The first half of this 60-minute class employs standing aerobic exercises using fun music and simple motions.
For the second half, hand weights strengthen and tone the upper body, and standing exercises strengthen and tone the lower body. (For the Zoom class, common household objects can be used as fitness equipment, such as canned vegetables for weights, and pantyhose or T-shirts for resistance bands.)
We are both seated and standing for the second half.
A final cool-down stretch leaves you feeling energized and relaxed.
