Get your day started with this vigorous and challenging 45 minute Body Bar class. The class starts with a fun upbeat warm-up, then moves on to standing upper and lower body strengthening exercises. The class then moves onto mats exercise to improve core strength. Participants will need to bring a mat and should be able to get down onto the floor. Body Bars will be provided. Be sure to bring water.
