Make Your Own Therapy Putty via Zoom

The Senior Center and McLean Home Care and Hospice are co-sponsoring a Virtual Therapy Putty Workshop via Zoom on Friday, November 13 from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.   

You will create your own therapeutic putty with the essential oil of your choice or no essence at all, and then go through some exercises, with a handout from McLean's therapy department that highlights ways to strengthen dexterity and keep hands and wrists limber with regular putty use. The putty can also be used as a relaxant, especially if it is infused with lavender oil.

Please register by Tuesday, November 10.
