Learn about Simsbury Public Library’s Virtual Reality headset and take part in a virtual experience from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Simsbury Public  Library.

Virtual Reality is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. VR places the user inside an experience. Instead of viewing a screen, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds. By simulating as many senses as possible, such as vision, hearing, and touch, the computer becomes a gatekeeper to this artificial world.

This free event is co-sponsored by the Senior Center and Public Library. Please register at either location.
