You can give your loved ones the confidence they need to make important medical decisions in the event you’re not able to make them for yourself, with the help of "The Conversation Project.”
The project is a national initiative created to encourage people to talk with their families and health providers about their wishes for care if they become seriously ill.
Presenters: Peggy Coburn and Tully Meyer of McLean Home Care & Hospice
No legal or medical advice will be given at the workshop.
