Looking for a class complete with all the important components of fitness?
This 60-minute class, great for any age, combines warm-up, body strength, strength training, balance, core work and a complete stretch.
We use weights, body bars, resistance tubes, Thera balls, mats and more. You will learn how to strengthen your body safely and effectively.
Please bring weights, a mat and workout attire. Body bars and tubes will be provided.
