This 60-minute workout will give you the latest in Barre, Pilates and Yoga training and techniques. You will learn ways to strengthen and tone your body. We will focus on the principles of postural alignment with each exercise to retrain your body to work more efficiently while feeling toned and stronger.
This class uses bars, light weights, Thera balls and a mat. Please bring light weights and a mat; all other props will be provided.
